A little bit about me.
I'm from Houston, TX. I have four children and two grandchildren. My journey into tech began at the height of the pandemic in 2020. My sense of normalcy had changed, including working from home. I enjoyed it. It's something I've always wanted to do. One day I came across Skillcrush and attended an online bootcamp. I was hooked! I knew at that point that I wanted to delve more into coding.
That curiosity then opened a door that could never be shut. When I learned how to build my first website, I realized I found something that gave me the freedom & versatility I was looking for in my work. Now I've made a full switch to front-end development, where I can use my organization skills and eye for detail to write clean, elegant code.
